This information is used for Lyme Adirondack Forest Company (LAFCO) reporting requirements only. You must also report your game harvest to the NY DEC either online or by phone – see the back of your DMAP tag for details. You must report your harvest to both LAFCO and the NY DEC. Hunters that fail to report may lose their DMAP privileges.
